 DAY 1 — Arrival in Tamale & Cultural Experience

 • Visit the Tamale Central Market — leatherwork, smocks, spices
 • Explore the Tamale Cultural Centre

Afternoon
 • Traditional northern lunch:
 • TZ with soup, waakye, kose, rice balls & groundnut soup
at Swad Fast Food or Wooden Restaurant

Evening
 • Visit Chief’s Palace or a local community for cultural immersion
 • Optional bicycle tour around Tamale
 • Dinner at Sognaayili Restaurant

Overnight: Tamale

  DAY 2 — Mole National Park Safari + Larabanga

Morning
 • Early departure to Mole National Park (2 hours from Tamale)
 • Check in at Zaina Lodge or Mole Motel
 • Walking Safari with rangers — see elephants, antelopes, baboons, warthogs

Afternoon
 • Relax by the pool with views of wildlife
 • Lunch at Zaina Lodge
 • Visit the Larabanga Ancient Mosque (oldest mosque in West Africa)
 • Stop at the Mystic Stone nearby

Evening
 • Evening Safari Drive — great chance to spot elephants and buffalo
 • Dinner at the lodge

Overnight: Mole National Park


  DAY 3 — Mognori Eco Village & Return to Tamale

Morning
 • Visit Mognori Eco Village (10–15 minutes from Mole)
 • Canoe safari on the river
 • Traditional drumming & dancing
 • Sheabutter making demonstration
 • Community interaction with local families

Afternoon
 • Return drive to Tamale
 • Lunch in Tamale
 • Last-minute shopping for smocks, leather bags, beads

Evening
 • Airport drop-off / End of tour

## Day 1-3: Accra- Arrive in Accra and explore the city's landmarks, such as the W.E.B. Du Bois Center, Kwame Nkrumah Museum , Independence Square, James town , Osu castle and the National Museum- Visit the bustling Makola Market and try some local cuisine- Enjoy Accra's nightlife, especially in the vibrant Osu neighborhood
## Day 4-5: Cape Coast and Kakum National Park- Drive to Cape Coast and visit the historic Cape Coast Castle and Elmina Castle- Explore Kakum National Park's canopy walk and learn about the slave trade history- Assin Mansa slave bath - Relax on the beach or try local games like Ludu and Oware
## Day 6-7: Kumasi and Ashanti Kingdom- Drive to Kumasi and visit the Manhyia Palace Museum to learn about Ashanti culture and history- Explore Kejetia Market, one of Africa's largest traditional markets- Experience traditional ceremonies and learn about local crafts like kente weaving
